Detailed Introduction of Machine
1. The complete machine install process
2. Heating oven ---double heating zone
Upper zone with 12*11pcs heater ,
low zone with 12*12 pcs heater.
Per heater is 650w . Total heating power with 180KW
There was divided into 3 zones with independent control to keep all heating function more accurately.
3. Chain adjust part.
Both side with automatic adjusting screw to design width according mould requirement.
4. The moulding station
- We are adopt upper and lower driving system to provide power to keep all moulding part with stable running state .
- There is combine forming, punching into one process, it is different with traditional equipment use different station to design working process.
- Focus On In-mould Cutting to keeping products without any error when they punching in mould.
- The forming table area is 540*760mm, max forming depth is 120mm.
